with a wired network. We install 1 file server and work station
computer in each room where patient information can be entered. |

Run a complete paperless office |
You will
need a scanner on one work station, Adobe Acrobat to scan existing
charts. Once you are using Practice Fusion® all your
charting will be online. Charting is accomplished with the use of
templates. All the doctor has to do is point and click. There are
hundreds of pre-defined templates and more can be added. Instead of
looking through paper charts to retrieve patient information you can
click of past dates and quickly view any patient information. |

| Each work
station will need a word processor Word Perfect®
(recommended). All documents are stored on your
file server. |

Your
receptionist will be logged on to your database at Practice Fusion®
(calendar) which contains all daily appointments and also to make
additional appointments. When a patient arrives the receptionist
clicks on the patients name and selects "arrived". If you have
an existing database we can export and send it to Practice Fusion
eliminating the need to add your patients to the database manually.
Each doctor can share patients medical records with other doctors
such as specialists. You can select what patient
infomation is available to other doctors. After your patient visits
the specialist the record you need to view is available immediately.
